SQUEAK

An energetic combined dance/music form, believed to have originated in dance clubs in the Midlands during the late nineties, with an emphasis on the repetition of a 2-tone beat typically associated with the rapid compression and release of a squeaky toy.

Squeak artists hold the squeaky ball in their mouths and either squeak it rapidly while thrusting their faces towards the audience in elaborate displays of mock aggression or else push it along the floor while squeaking it in time with the dance beat.
